Nothing But Butt is an all-in-one glute training system designed to enhance your physique, increase strength and improve health. Your butt is comprised of several muscles. The most prominent is the gluteus maximus, which is the largest and strongest muscle in your body. Glute max is responsible for the “round” look you can get in your butt with progressive resistance training. In addition to being aesthetically appealing, it is one of the primary muscles involved in running, jumping, twisting, and lifting. Bigger, stronger glutes enhance athletic performance and protect against the knee, hip, and low back injuries.

Unfortunately, the glutes don’t fire much when doing easy activities of daily living like walking or standing up. Over time, they slowly become small and dormant, making it more difficult for you to fire them during exercise. This inhibition is called gluteal amnesia. NBB workouts follow a scientific three-phase sequence to correct this. First, we wake the glutes up with activation exercises. Next, we use heavy compound movements to build strong and dense muscles. Finally, we end the party with pump exercises that increase blood flow and create cellular swelling. The result is big, strong, lean glutes that improve both how you look and function!
